The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, vandalism or theft — we recommend keeping the sign indoors overnight.
- Can I update my promotions anytime?
- Yes. Use the portal to generate, upload or request artwork updates whenever you like — additional artwork fees may apply.
- Do I need design experience?
- No. Our AI artwork generator builds professional artwork from a short brief — just add your logo and offer.
- Can I use my own logo?
- Absolutely. Upload your logo once and we'll use it across all your campaigns.
- How quickly are artwork updates printed and shipped?
- Approved artwork is printed and dispatched fast, typically within a few business days — then slotted straight into the sign.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- You can cancel anytime after the 12 or 24-month minimum term. Early cancellation fees may apply — please contact our support team for details.
- What happens at the end of the subscription period?
- At the end of your 24-month subscription, the sign becomes yours to keep. You can also choose to continue on a month-to-month plan or upgrade to a new model.
